The Village Trio is a unique all woodwind ensemble that performs music ranging from classical to contemporary.  The Trio is availible for cocktail music, wedding ceremonies, private parties, background music, educational forums, and concerts of all kinds. Its members are:

Russ Becker, clarinetist (background and credits on homepage)

Carl Chudy, bassoonist, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Barrington College, where he was a student of Donald Rankin and his Master of Arts degree from Hunter College in New York. He was a student of both William Polisi and Harold Goltzer. Carl's orchestral experience includes principal bassoon with the Metropolitan "Y" Orchestra and the Westchester Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed with the Newark Community Center for the Arts as a member of a touring woodwind quintet. In addition to playing bassoon, Carl repairs woodwind and brass musical instruments.
